
| SecureGlobal works to preserve the rights of the clients that we host. In any event that an issue arises, we work as hard as we can to preserve uptime. Such an issue occured at our hub in Irvine. We have taken steps to prevent unreasonable Internet Censorship at the location, and have since migrated to Dallas, Texas. |
| On June 22nd, at approximately 8:06PM PST an issue occurred at one of our Cisco routers handling the fiber trunk between the data center and our pop in Los Angeles. This resulted in periods of impacted connectivity to the Internet from a portion of our servers. We began working on the router as soon as the problem was detected. Full resolution was achieved at approximately 9:21PM PST. |
